If so, please list the steps to reproduce it. If not, in what circumstances did the problem occur? What symptoms did you observe? If the problem caused a message to appear, what did the message say?
Additional Information: Are you using software from a textbook publishing company? If so, which company? What textbook (title, edition, and author's name)? If you are using an online product, let us know the URL or class name and your login name. If this is a college or university system you are using, give us the name of that institution.
