Supported: These configurations have been tested and will work with Live Classroom.
Unsupported: These configurations will not work properly with Live Classroom.
The Browser and Operating System configurations not listed on the matrix below have not been fully tested and may result in unexpected behavior. It is recommended that you use a configuration from the supported column.

Note 1: ScreenGrab does not work on Macintosh OSX. To use ScreenGrab on a Macintosh you must be running OS 9.
Note 2: The HorizonMedia Audio Controller does not run on Mac OS 9 or Linux. These users can participate using the telephone broadcast/simulcast, if available. Mac OS 9 and Linux users will be able to participate in 1-way sessions using RealPlayer or QuickTime.
Note 3: Presenters cannot run Application Sharing on Mac OS 9 or Linux. However, participants can view Application Sharing sessions on OS 9 or Linux.
