Horizon Wimba strongly recommends disabling pop up blockers before running the Wizard and accessing a live or archived presentation. Known behaviors created by pop-up blockers include (but are not restricted to):
Archives cannot be created in the live presentation when a Presenter has a pop-up blocker.
The interface fails to load after clicking a link to access the presentation.
The navigation window does not appear when accessing an archive.
Slides targeted to a new browser window fail to appear during a presentation.
We have provided directions for disabling six popular Pop Up Blockers.
Internet Explorer on Windows XP Service Pack 2:
Click on Tools
Choose Pop-up Blocker and click on 'Turn Off Pop-up Blocker'
Norton Internet Security:

Double Click on the Norton Icon(pictured below) in the System Tray
Click 'Ad Blocking'
Click 'Turn Off'
Google Toolbar:
Click on the Google Icon (pictured below) and select 'Options'
In the Accessories Section uncheck 'Popup Blocker'
Yahoo Toolbar:
Click on the Pop Up Icon pictured below
Uncheck 'Enable Pop-Up Blocker'
Netscape/Mozilla Blocker:
Open the Preferences menu
Using a PC, the Preferences menu is in the Edit menu
Using a Mac, the Preferences menu is in the Netscape/Mozilla menu
Open the Privacy and Security Menu
Select Pop Up Windows and Uncheck 'Block unrequested pop ups'
Safari Blocker:
Open the Safari Menu and choose Preferences

Uncheck 'Block pop up windows'
